Workers in Northern Ireland 'looking at sales recruitment'

New research shows 97 per cent of workers in Northern Ireland are unhappy with their current employer, highlighting the importance of using sales recruitment.

A study by NIjobs.com has found nearly two fifths would take a pay cut to get their dream job, while a third would relocate overseas.

Peter McMonagle, managing director of the website, claims it is heartening that three quarters would retrain and return to education to get the elusive perfect position.

He highlights the benefits of looking at sales recruitment services in order to reach an individual's career goals.

Among the key factors those looking at sales jobs are prioritising are having fun at work, which nearly two thirds rank as most important, while a large salary, an element of creativity and making a difference to society came in second, third and fourth place.

Rob Scott, managing director of sales recruitment specialist Aaron Wallis, recently warned those looking at sales jobs to ensure they do not allow sensitive details about themselves to wind up in the wrong hands.

Aaron Wallis offer hundreds of sales jobs together with some of the most comprehensive sales tips and career advice available to UK sales jobseekers. Achieve the sales career you deserve.
